We shopped several different security companies before moving to our new house. I had called Smith Thompson because they are who the previous owners used. Their prices were the best so we went with them. Loved that they worked around our schedule for the initial setup which was a pretty hectic one for us at that time. The technician that came and set everything up was awesome! I'm not the most tech savvy person and he took the time to explain and teach me how to use the alarm all while being very understanding and patient with our rambunctious 3 year old asking him a million questions lol.
We accidentally set the alarm off and I was shocked at how fast they called us. Definitely gives me peace of mind if the alarm was to ever go off for an actual incident.
