The roasted surface of rib eye is stronger than the steak itself during the first bite. However, the roasted smell blended into the steak after that. Unfortunately, I ordered per wee potato as side dish and it is too heavy for the roasted steak. I also ordered bone marrow flan as starter and hairline apple salad. The content of each dish is too much for Asian but is quite enough to share with couple. The taste of each dish is quite unique and can not be found at any other steak house.
