If I could rate it with negative stars I would. We came there to look at the 2001 Buick Century that was posted online for my son's first car. After we test drove it I told the sales person that the brakes squealed horribly. He went to find the mechanics inspection report but said he couldn't locate it. I told him that I was going to take the car to a mechanic in the morning to be looked over and asked what happens if they say it needs new brakes or anything else. I was assured that that wouldn't happen because cars are not put on the lot if they are not safe to drive. I took it to my mechanic that I have used for years and found out that it needed new pads and rotors on the front, had a broken sway bar and the passenger front strut was broken in two places. He told me that the car should never have left the dealership that way. $1200 later the car is safe for my son to drive. When I messaged Tracy I told her how mad I was for having to put that much money into a car I had bought less than 24 hours prior to that. She put me in contact with Brad from you service department. He basically told me that none of those issues were safety concerns and it was safe to drive and I chose to make those repairs. He told me there was nothing he was going to do to make it right. I completely understand that the car that I purchased was an older vehicle, however, when I ask point blank about mechanical issues and I am assured that there aren't any only to find out I have to spend $1200 right away to ensure my son's safety, that tends to upset a person. I will never recommend this dealership to anybody and in fact will steer them as far away as possible.
