Review of Shangri-la's Edsa Plaza Hotel

It was great from the very beginning when i arrive...

It was great from the very beginning when i arrived. They straight away took me to my room without having me stand at the reservations/front desk to get checked in.
Hopefully next time i come there which is this Saturday 1/12, they do the same. At the reservations, they handle queue management very well and their staff constantly checks on people in queue for assistance. Everyone is so friendly and hospitable.
I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
