5-star treatment from the hotel and staff here. Daniel was at the receptionist desk what we arrived and took great care of us after a very frustrating ordeal with American Airlines. From booking to checkout to drop off at the airport, they took great care of us. Nice people and the breakfast was really good. Fresh shaved coconut was a great personal favorite for me! If I ever have to stay in NYC near the airport again, I'm calling these people first!
