I have had an account with Internode since connecting with the local NBN network early last year(2018). I have been very happy with the service provided during that time. In the recent bushfire affected times I had gone over my data allowance due to constantly accessing bushfire alerts/information as I live not far from the Green Wattle major fire grounds. At one stage the fire front was 3 km from my place. I requested extra data allowance for the remaining time of my data block at no extra charge due to these circumstances and with an extreme fire warning day due immediate internet access, not slowed down, was essential, having already evacuated twice. I was relieved when this was sorted with no extra charge and a personal email was sent expressing concern for my safety. This response made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
