I am very surprised that after completing the required documents (submission of proof by Web transfer) I was rejected as a tenant not matching in the profile.

Some facts :
The response I get is after a few minutes (without the received receipt, your does not fit in the profile!
This surprises me a bit because after asking repeatedly I get no answer and on top of that my documents have not been downloaded from web transfer.
