I have been very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism shown to me by the representative of this company. Seems like the "gamesmenship" that their founders spoke about in their "Our Story " on their website still happens by their own staff. That's just my experience.
I have worked hard for 30 years to provide the best service possible to my clients. I expected the same from Balancepoint.
