Bad service. The last thing that made me an incompetent operator of the Fater: she put my mom in RSA WRAPPING person because my mom never came out of her house. This meant that diapers no longer arrived. Despite the error acknowledged by the company (I have the surname of the operator who did this) the diapers arrive in 8 days. The operator who has combined this mess should take them on foot to Mama's house, shame on them!

I would like to add a positive note to what happened. Around mid-August, I was personally called by the employee who, wrongly, generated all the confusion described above. This gave me great pleasure because admitting the mistake and apologizing directly to me is synonymous with education, professionalism and humility.
