My laptops fan was constantly running none stop to the point where I didn t want to use. I reached out to Real Computer solutions to see what s happening because the bottom of the laptop looks like it was getting fatter and fatter. After prompt diagnoses, the tech at RCS determined the issue was with the battery. They promptly replaced the part, updated my laptops software something like the firmware I think and now it s now working properly like it s a brand new laptop, even faster.

Thank you to the wonderful techs at RCS and they saved me hundreds in not having to buy a new computer.
