Pluses:
The room is nice
Beds are comfortable
Bath is nice
River view is nice

Cons:
No elevator to third floor
Deck ruined because adjoining rooms AC blows hot exhaust directly onto your deck where you might sit
No free electrical outlets between beds. My wife has a sound machine that she uses for sleep and there is no outlet for it. Also couldn't plug in my laptop while trip planning in bed.
TV is dated no side hdmi for streaming
