The service experiences in DVNT were horrible. The first time, they told me the service will be 3 hours but it's end up more than 7 hours. most of the time, I could see that there is no body was working on my car. And no body came to update the status. Looks like they just don't care.
This morning again, check in took more than 1 hour and no service adivsor tried to talk to me.
Have to seek other service dealer's around the area.
