I was into Coquitlam Chrysler on the weekend and purchased a new 2016 Jeep Patriot on Sunday. I would like to commend your sales rep Matt for all his help and professionalism. He took the time to listen to what I was saying and what I wanted with no pressure sales. As an introvert and a female, coming to a car lot can be a stressful experience but Matt (sorry I didn t get his last name) made it stress free and pleasant. He answered all of my questions promptly, provided me with his cell to text questions anytime which was awesome. I felt he was honest and upfront in all his dealings and I will definitely be referring people to him and internet sales.

Mark, the Manager was also pleasant to deal with and I felt fair in your dealings with me.

People are quick to complain when they don t receive good customer service so I wanted to take the time to tell you that I was very happy with Matt and the internet sales Department.
