The private individual who goes there to buy electrical equipment and lighting complements risks taking crazy torpedo attacks. The same material that is sold there at great cost is on the internet, of the same brand and the same model, (at least) 20% less (even banal LED bulbs). Obviously the private does not represent their reference customer, so they try. If one falls for them, otherwise they don't have much to lose. Volumes make them with VAT numbers.
