Horrible experience. We have boarded our two dogs a couple times before, overnight, with no apparent issues. This time we ended up boarding them for 3 days total after we were delayed getting home from our trip and could not get there by 5.

The next morning my partner picked up the dogs shortly after they opened, and was rudely pushed out of the lobby with the owner screaming because she said the other dog in the lobby was dangerous. She should not have brought the dogs out if that was the case and shouldn t treat a client like that.

The dogs were absolutely starving when they arrived home.. a later car revealed that they had not been fed because of the delay picking them up. Our little one is sick now too, needless to say we will not be back.

Edit: In response to the owners response. Firstly, the reason for public forums and reviews are so the public is informed so they can avoid situations where there might be issues with a business. This was poor and unprofessional handling, you are not new at this industry and if the dog was dangerous and already in the lobby you it shouldn t matter if the dog would go off the rails or not - efforts should be made to protect any other dog by waiting for the lobby to be cleared. Also as for feeding I can understand the morning of, but when I called the person I spoke with said they would be fed and taken care of since we could not make it and obviously that did not happen. So, you can say what you like, but name calling and deflecting does not paint you or your business in a better light, it just further proves why we will not be back and will tell those that we know to avoid your services.
