This review is on behalf of my Aunt who bought a home with Sterling Homes this past summer.

The area sales manager for Langdale, Jerry Zhang, was incredibly helpful in assisting us with this process. He was very knowledgeable while also being friendly, open and honest with us. He really took into consideration our needs and any issues we had. My family and I recommend Jerry and Sterling Homes if you're looking a new home.
