The response of the staff is good overall.
However, the feeling of resort was cut that the correspondence of the Japanese staff of the bakery in the hotel was bad.
As many come to buy, I understand that it is irritating and frustrating well, but it seems to be a part-time job for convenience stores.

I stayed at The Busena Terrace in Okinawa, Imperial Hotel Osaka several times, but the atmosphere is better than that.
As it is old hotel, pool and room may be small, but it may be easy to talk with everybody smiles all day, so you may be immersed in overseas travel feeling, probably because people with plenty of multinationals are staying.

The Royal Hawaii Center is next to the hotel, but there is no noise if it is within the hotel grounds, and no Zorozoros will come to the grounds.
