I recently purchased a motorcycle at Blackfoot and had exceptional service by Sales Specialist Rene' Fontaine. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the BMW line of bikes. He answered all of my questions succinctly (there were many) and worked through all of the concerns that I had. I liked that he was very patient with my decision making, gave me lots of space to ponder my 'big purchase' yet was always attentive and nearby to help out. Some of the fine print and advertised incentives that may or may not have been available due to the dealer registering the bike were a little daunting to work through but overall I had a great experience and really appreciated the work that Rene' did...
