Most unprofessional company I have gone through! Absolutely a nightmare want you to make automatic payments but can't provide you with paper receipt of balance,principal,etc etc. A bank statement is suppose to be good enough but I believe BBB will have a different say .. also want to get out of DBS clutch Go TO KIA OF ALLIANCE ,THEY ARE HELPING ME GET OUT OF DBS OVERPRICED CAR WITH HIGH MILEAGE!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! NIGHTMARE COMPANY! DOESN'T DESERVE A STAR AT ALL!!!!!
