No contact from them since I attended their office. Been nearly 2 months. At least a quick courtesy call or email wouldn't go a miss.

Arden contacted me following an enquiry online, they matched me to a position and following some interview techniques from Lissa I was successful in gaining the job and thank all at Arden for there help.

I would 100% recommend getting in touch with Lissa Fletcher. She is amazing and I really cant thank her enough for getting me a job where I am currently employed. She prepped me for my interview really well, as nerves usually take over, she called just before my interview to wish me luck and to see if I had any questions. I am so thankful to Lissa. Well what an amazing experience!!! Had 2 interviews and got the 2nd job! Start next Monday and cannot fault the efficiency of Nicki and Lissa at all. Both extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you feel happy and relaxed at all stages. Brilliant!

I used the agency before and was not successful. However I am using them again and hopefully I will be more successful in my applications. They professional follow up and keep in contact even throughout lock down. I am still going through the process with them ns this is why I am not in a position to grant them a full ratings at present. I think this is a fair reflection of my experience thus far.

Arden found me a great part time position early January 2020, initial 6-9 month contract. Great job, great hours, lovely people. Unfortunately then Covid-19 hit. Lost my job, there was then a rollercoaster ride with Arden, first it was we can possibly furlough you, then no we can't, then yes we can now. Payments eventually started, several weeks later then told they'd been paying me too much, so they had to take money back. Then they advised me furlough scheme was ending on 31 July. It wasn't, just the government changing the terms, the scheme is running to end of October. Basically they didn't want to pay the minimal NI contribution. Last week of furlough pay they divided into 7 days, and only proratad and paid 5 days, without telling me!

So great job, great opportunity, thankful for the great work experience and also appreciative for the furlough that I got but their admin and how they run their business leaves a lot to be desired. Also this is the only agency where I have never met any of the team. Everything done by phone and email.

I have been doing temp work through Arden Personnel now for a few months and on my second temp job. The places i have worked in have been really nice and Nicki has supported me and got me these positions too. She always checks to see how things are going. Recieved a call on Wednesday and started work the very next day. They checked up on me to see everything was going alright and the payroll system was very efficient. Having a little bit more information about the role before I started would have been ideal, but considering the rushed nature of the situation I am very satisfied with the service.

If you are genuinely looking for work Arden personnel is a must, they go above and beyond keeping you up to date through the process of finding you your ideal job. I'm now working in a great office and still they called me to see how I was enjoying i found I was just a number with the larger recruitment agency and had to chance them, but got nowhere.

I have had previous involvement with Recruitment Agencies and I can say with complete confidence that Arden are fast, efficient and professional in their practices. The market place is flooded with recruitment companies throughout the uk, I seldom use them for the inability to recognise the true potential in your qualification and experience - On the odd occasion it's difficult not to use them when applying for positions via a search engine platform.
I found a position of BDM (Business Development Manager) having read the criteria it offered an abundance of key elements which fitted well for myself and I felt that this position suited and I applied, although let me point out that No specifics were highlighted as to whom the company were, I then received an email asking me to contact one or two consultants in which I did to be then told that the position I had applied for was for a firm of Surveyors although I had no previous experience working directly with a firm of Surveyors a split decision was if you haven't got the experience working with a firm of Surveyors no point carrying on with this discussion.
My point being the recruitment company should have listed a much more detailed account of the position the client has reques ted, thus it wouldn't of wasted my time or theres! They didn't want to discuss my cv in much further detail to look at other positions?

Leah Ward, who wrote the other review here, works as a Permanent Account Manager at Arden Personnel. In other words, she has given the company she works for a 5-star review. Unethical? Yes, I think so, and contrary to Google's rules about conflict of interest. (Posted 11 October 2016.)

Leah Ward has now removed her review (or Google removed it after I reported it, but that seems unlikely, Google doesn't act that quickly usually), but I'm leaving mine here so that readers know what sort of firm they're dealing with, i.e. one that employs staff that think it's OK to post fake reviews, to mislead the public and behave unethically.

Great company! Lissa looked after me throughout the whole process, often speaking with me outside of work hours answering any queries or concerns I had - nothing was too much trouble!
An absolute pleasure to deal with, thanks again to Lissa and the team for helping me get my new role!

Really helpful with getting me an interview but so annoyed how they phoned my place of work and has raised suspicions with my managers trying to get in contact with me when they was aware i was moving house and would be busy that week but im so upset how i went looking for another job and it has now made my current job really uncomfortable! and the message i got back never even said sorry for contacting your place of work so so so unprofessional will never use this company again
