As a diamond member I stayed in a lot of Hilton portfolio properties but this is one is the worst I ve ever stayed .The room in rainbow tower was very old and very bad maintained, cracks in the walls ,ripped chairs, stains in the carpet in the room and the hallway.see attached pictures.The room itself looks like motel 6 with two small beds not sure how come
They asking so much money for that kind of room and claiming to be a 4 star hotel.The hotel lobby always very busy with big lines for check in a lot of kids in the pool there is no jacuzzi in the main pool you have to go to 4th floor where you gonna meet a lot of kids .52$ valet parking per night ,34$ to have umbrella on the beach and 16$ for chairs on the top is 40$ resort charge .and for the desert those clowns charged me twice by mistake and they admitted they made a mistake but I still
Don t see the refund was made only promises...this resort needs to change management team because everything is not properly managed.Very disappointed ,it s not how I saw my first visit to Hawaii should be .Listen to my advice and stay away from
