Had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with OOBE due to an insurance claim on an Apple product. Was told the when I handed over the device in store that it would defn need replacing, followed by the salesperson trying to up sell me immediately to a more expensive option. I declined and said I d prefer to deal with that through the insurance company. The report which was supposed to take 1-2 days took an entire week and had to be chased by the insurance company because I called OOBE 5-6 times and no answer. The customer service from them and Manpreet s understanding of English is severely lacking.
