I have been looking for a new car on and off for a couple months. I was originally looking at new cars, and then decided to look at Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. I eventually decided on a 2015 CPO Mazda6. David Chung helped me through the entire car buying process. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. He explained everything about the certification process, and was very communicative about what was going on with the car (detailing, recall fix, etc.). While David was ultimately my sales representative, I want to recognize Jennifer Arevalo (in new car sales), as I was initially looking at new Mazdas. She was incredibly patient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Brown's Fairfax for new or used vehicles; the experience was great from test drive through payment and receipt of my car (which I love).
