I had previously written a less than positive review for Allstate. But after having their company reach out to me, I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and happy as a costumer. They addressed all my concerns, and treated me like I was a valued costumer. I feel confident that my future dealings with Allstate will be positive. Their great costumer service is not something I expected from a construction company, and because it was so good I am giving them a 5 star rating.
