I loved Metro Diner but will not tolerate rudeness...

I loved Metro Diner but will not tolerate rudeness, especially from a manager. The cooking staff obviously could not be bothered to complete my online order. I asked the young lady to just refund my order and she stated she could not refund online orders. I asked to speak to the manager but Owen said he was too busy to help me. Its a shame what passes for customer service anymore. Buyer beware if you order take out as if its wrong or incomplete you will just have to deal with it. They just lost a customer over brown gravy.
