The best car buying experience ever. Three days ago I drove 3 hours to purchase a certified Murano from Montgomeryville Nissan. The staff is outstanding and friendly. Terry Jurczak, my sales rep, showed a diverse knowledge and his great sense of humor made my buying experience enjoyable. The professionalism displayed by Mr. Peter Hennessey, the sales manager, was greatly appreciated. He quickly replied to all my emails and answered all my questions and concerns with courtesy. He promised that if I am willing to drive three hours he will work hard to earn my business. He totally delivered on his promise. Financial part of the transaction was completed by John Arpa, the business manager. John took extra time to explain everything and go over any detail I questioned. He was extremely helpful and he made sure that I was comfortable with my decisions. This is an outstanding dealership. I felt the entire staff is focused on achieving excellence; it quickly became obvious that customer satisfaction is their top priority. They accomplished that goal with me on every level. My thanks to the entire sales and mgmt team. Slobodan
