A very nice taste experience for a delicious evening for two! The setting is nice, the warm welcome, it feels instantly good. The card is small but ensures the quality and creativity of the chef. The hake with lemon confit (sweet and bitter unlike what I feared) is a delight, as is the perfect with absinthe and fennel candied (pictured), which plays wonderfully around the aniseed taste, with a mixture fondant, crunchy, dry, ... fantastic!
We also appreciated the little touches (appetizers, sweets). In short, if you go there, it's a table not to be missed!
