When I was having difficulties with my computer I looked on the internet for a business that offered to service my machine in my home. Andromeda Solutions was not my first choice. I looked for someone based close to my home. After several attempts to call such businesses, finding (at best) automatic replies saying leave a message and I ll get back to you, I decided to call Andromeda. I was pleased to find someone able to answer the phone in person and tell me that an engineer would visit my home within a few hours. Andromeda s engineer called early in the afternoon. In a friendly and courteous manner, and displaying obvious evidence of skill, knowledge and years of experience, he was able to rectify my problems with no difficulties. Moreover, in addition to fixing the problems I asked him to, he was able to offer a great deal of useful advice. I can unreservedly recommend Andromeda to anyone with computer problems.
