I went to Michael with my phone broken and he fixed it right there in the spot.
He was very warm and friendly. No more paying for phone insurance now
that Michael is around the corner in Watertown square. The best part is that
there public parking less than a block away.

My second visit, first time was for laptop repair, this time for a Samsung phone. The guy is very competent, has Cisco certificates on the wall, rates are reasonable, makes for a great overall experience.

Michael upgraded my Macbook Air with a very old operating system which was impossible the usual way. He was also able to recover old data from MS Excel that was lost when the system was upgraded. Very knowledgeable , he came through each time I needed rescue. Great service! Highly recommended!
