Great facility and great staff, no question about ...

Great facility and great staff, no question about it. Everything was clean and great family rooms. Sometimes these are so that the parents' bedroom has the balcony and the children's room is separate (unfortunately without a door or curtain).

Unfortunately we were unlucky.
e.g.
* no information at check in just an envelope that's it. We later learned more about guest relations. If it weren't for the standard reception, it would be more detailed

* Our sibling stroller was too big for all the lifts in the facility except for the one in the main building, so the ways were sometimes very long, for example to the dolphin pool or restaurant there

* Our blackout curtains were only poorly attached - many hooks were loose - so it was not possible to darken properly. It was makeshift repaired the first night and should be done right the next day. The improvement took 4 days and 3 inquiries. After that it was dark

* The cabinet door of the sliding door cabinet fell out when our 1 year old fell out, luckily it fell against the wall and not on the floor or our daughter

* As with many guests, our key cards had to be reprogrammed several times

* Unfortunately, the lock did not work at all in some cases, meaning that the door could easily be opened by anyone from the outside using the handle. This could not be remedied in 14 days despite repeated references or inquiries

* defective air conditioning - was then repaired during the second attempt at night

A few excerpts I am convinced that every single employee has tried their best!
We were also offered a change of room, but we didn't do that because the stress of packing and unpacking everything with 3 children would have cost us a day's vacation. And you don't know whether there wasn't something there either. It wasn't worth it to us.

We would therefore not go to this facility again.
