1st time was a group of 6 of us - we had to ask for the dessert menu after finishing our meal and waiting quite a while for waitress to come back. Even then had to find the waitress to order dessert - after 20 minutes - as she did not come back to see what we wanted. Went back just for a drink and snack - seats at the bar -told they were reserved - who reserves seats at the bar? Tried again last night despite each time being poor but was close and we were hungry - sat at the table for 15 minutes and no one came. Waitress walked past, looked at us and we thought was going to get menus - instead she went to chat with the other waitresses. Saw another man go over to advise no one had served him. We left. On the way out complained to management - just young kids - did not care at all!
