Very poor service. Charged $404 but not even fixed...

Very poor service. Charged $404 but not even fixed. City Ford said had 2 hours test drive, but on the way back home in 20mins gotta same problem straight away. Staffs are NOT kind and honest at all. NEVER wanna go back again.

Found the issue at Thermostat. It was easy to fix and paid $240.
HOWEVER, what Ford city did is 'road tested presure tested the cooling system' and charged $404. Are you kidding me? VERY DISAPPOINTED SERVICE
