At some point, you have to let the experts handle things- work smarter, not harder. That s why I couldn t be happier about taking my Jeep to Covert Auto Group. I never feel great about having less money, but at least I know that it will be an investment well-spent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and showed great teamwork (I had at least 3 people check on me). My service advisor, Brian R., was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest (unlike the reputation of most dealerships). I even got lucky and caught the shuttle right after completing some quick paperwork. Priscilla, the shuttle driver, was cheerful and a joy to ride with. In the 100 degree humidity, I am grateful for the cool folks (and the cool AC) at Covert Auto Group. Thanks again!
