I went into purchase a Tundra, my experience with Heather McCollum was exceptional. She was knowledgeable about vehicle, personable, and most importantly not pushing. In the end I bought a Tundra. She introduced me to the finance office led by Carl (not pushing and personable as well), then introduced me to the service dept and parts office personal. Overall my experience with Toyota of McDonough was great. I will be doing business with this establishment again.
