Additional comments as requested:
1. Your concierge is busier conducting his own personal business , while your guest wait to be acknowledged! Very rude!

2. Almost empty hotel and no ungraded room for Diamond level member.

3. Mediocre buffet breakfast, unhelpful limited wait staff and forced to use plastic plates!

4. Soiled bed pillows( I have pictures) and very stingy toiletries throughout my 6 night stay.

5. No notice on your website that your pool was closed for renovations/ repairs!

Do I need to say more, because I can! This is no 5 star resort but you charged me resort fees for everyday of my stay without providing resort amenities!
Very disappointed Diamond level member!
