We had a great experience with Alure. From the moment we walked in to the showroom and were greeted by the receptionist, we felt like we were valued customers. We immediately clicked with our salesperson Greg Griffin who happened to be walking by at the moment and set up an in-home appointment for the following week.

Greg arrived on time and with all the tools for the meeting, including samples of product that we could touch and imagine in our home. Greg stayed with us for four hours and by the end of the meeting, we had a price, a computerized rough of our new kitchen and a financing agreement.

In short order, several members of the Alure team called and introduced themselves including Justin Bouchard, our project manager. Justin was outstanding. He was always professional and returned our calls in a very timely manner. Any question or request we had was met and we could not recommend him any higher.

We had a few bumps along the way including permit issues with our town, however they were resolved fairly quickly and we were back on track in a reasonable time. Both Justin and Greg were constantly in contact with us throughout and kept us apprised of developments in the project.

The professionalism of the tradespeople was outstanding. We were exceptionally impressed with the Tim the Tile Guy and Ozzy the Floor Wizard (my nicknames for them). Their work was absolutely impeccable.

All in all, we were very pleased with Alure and we have the most beautiful kitchen to enjoy for many years to come.
