I have actually been a Sweetwater customer for over 10 years now and have had a great sales engineer that has been there for the whole time. The service is always top notch as is the response to questions and inquiries. My latest purchase was a Moog Mother 32, 1/3 of the setup that I will eventually get. Sales, Shipping, and Delivery all occurred within 2 business days and the shipment came in perfect condition.

One of the things I like most is that even if you are an infrequent buyer like myself, the sales engineer thinks and learns from what you are buying and if they have something new that you maybe interested in, the will not hesitate to call or email you. That is a model of post sales and service.

If you don't experience the Sweetwater difference, then you must be shopping someplace else. If you do experience it, you will be back for more.
