Superior customer service! I have been a customer since 2009 and I have had the same knowledgeable sales representative since then. Michael Grebe has always listened to my needs and works with my budget.

The service department is also a cut above the rest. I had to exchange an amp because of a manufacturer defect and they had a new amp to me in 2 days. I also had my MuTron III that needed to be fixed and they were unable to do it but were able to give me contact information on an experienced guy that specialized in fixing them.

I shop with no other music stores because Sweetwater is the best of the best! Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed!
