I've just recently moved. The process to transfer account ownership to my now-former housemate was clearly explained to me over the phone and relevant forms were then emailed through to me. In addition to that, the process to set up a new account for my new address was seamless. The combination of telephone conversations and emails allowed me to be kept up-to-date with how things were progressing. The downfall is that it can take up to 2 weeks to have the connection active (I'm currently on day 5 since setting up the new account). That could very well be out of Internode's control though. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with the customer experience up to this point.
