There's much to be said of my experience at ZSR Library today, but I'll assume the diplomatic approach. The Americans with Disabilities Act, or ADA, protects those for whom some might have disdain simply because they are 'different.' I would recommend training to those staff members who are unfamiliar with this law. Further, please take note of the difference between folks who know proper etiquette in a given environment but refuse to adhere and those who try their best to meet that standard, in spite of reflexive challenges which may prevent such.

I hope that potential future interactions with management/staff yields greater understanding, impartiality, empathy, and professionalism.
