Good office space. With super welcoming staff. They invest so much time and energy for everyone to feel welcome. And there's all kinds of events organised for people in the building. Absolutely fantastic. Furthermore there's a dog there working from Monday to Friday and it is fabulously cute and soft.

About headspace

Headspace is a company that offers an innovative solution to help people live a healthier, happier, and more well-rested life. The Headspace app provides users with guided meditation sessions that can be completed in just a few minutes each day. With over 65 million users worldwide, Headspace has become one of the most popular mindfulness apps available.

The app was founded in 2010 by Andy Puddicombe and Rich Pierson. Puddicombe is a former Buddhist monk who spent ten years studying meditation in Asia before returning to the UK to complete his degree in Circus Arts. Pierson has an extensive background in advertising and marketing, having worked for companies such as BBH and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Together, they created Headspace with the goal of making meditation accessible to everyone. They recognized that many people were interested in meditation but didn't know where to start or how to incorporate it into their daily routine. The Headspace app provides users with step-by-step guidance on how to meditate and offers a variety of different sessions tailored to specific needs such as stress relief or better sleep.

One of the key features of the Headspace app is its simplicity. Users can choose from various categories such as "Basics," "Stress," or "Sleep" and select sessions ranging from just three minutes up to an hour long depending on their schedule and preferences. The app also includes animations that help explain concepts like mindfulness or visualization techniques which make it easy for beginners.

Another unique aspect of Headspace is its focus on science-based research when developing new content for its users. The company works closely with experts in neuroscience, psychology, and mindfulness research fields who provide feedback on new content before it's released publicly.

In addition to guided meditations, the Headspace app also includes other features designed to promote overall wellness such as breathing exercises, sleep soundscape recordings (which are especially helpful for those struggling with insomnia), mindful movement exercises like yoga poses or stretching routines - all aimed at helping you feel more relaxed throughout your day-to-day life.

Headspace has received numerous accolades since its launch including being named one of Apple's Best Apps of 2018; winning Google Play's Editor's Choice award; being featured by Forbes magazine; receiving praise from celebrities like Emma Watson who called it her "secret weapon" against anxiety; among others.

Overall, if you're looking for an effective way to improve your mental health while reducing stress levels then look no further than HeadSpace! With millions already using this innovative platform every day - why not join them today?
