I am currently in the Hilton Ohare and have stayed here before. The hostess of the in house restaurant who is an older lady is possibly the rudest woman I have ever encountered. I have never been treated with such disrespect. This hotel retaining her as en employee reflects poorly upon everyone. I have stayed here before and will not be returning.
