Not a great service! For some totally unknown reason, I decided to let Gladstone Brookes handle my PPI claim to "take the stress out of it". What a huge mistake! I received numerous calls last week telling me I would be getting a settlement letter soon and to contact them.

When the letter arrived from Natwest I did just that and informed them of the offer figure. I asked about challenging the amount, but they were unhelpful, uninformative and obviously couldn't have cared less. Because of this, I decided to accept the amount and requested their invoice, only for them to incorrectly state the offer amount and try to get MORE that their already substantial 24% fee. There is absolutely no way I will pay an inaccurately made out invoice when they are perfectly aware of the correct settlement amount. I wish I had a time machine....
