It goes without saying that the food here is delicious. My friend who is a chef at a fine dining restaurant calls them wizards. But more than the talent and friendliness of the staff, I applaud their customer service. For thanksgiving I'd ordered a salty honey pie. On pickup day, they mistakenly gave me a lemon meringue. I told them and they didn't have any left and were closing soon. So as a quick apology they gave me a free Boston cream pie (which I soon learnt is a cake). Not only that, but they told me to contact them after the weekend to get a free salty honey pie as well. So here I am, a very pleased customer eating delicious baked goods made by a lovely team. They are classy as hell and everyone should support them!!
