Overall the experience was great and everyone was courteous. My only qualm was when i entered the service area i had no idea who to talk to and where to go. I was dropping off my vehicle for recall replacement parts. I would like to see in the future a sign that says someone will be with you in a moment or directions to clarify whom to speak to.
