I visited McCormick Place for the Star Wars Celebration. It s a HUGE venue which was sometimes a bit overwhelming but I mean it s Star Wars so you ve got a lot of fans. Although it took me a day to really understand to layout, once I did it was easy to go from panel to panel, get food, find a bathroom etc. When I really needed help I felt comfortable asking employees for directions. They were friendly and helpful. But I would recommend really learning the layout before you go there for a conference or a show or something because it is a HUGE place.
