a great hospital with very poor Management. I was a Temp with many more experience than the staff technologist in Orthopedics . But because of politics he was allowed to choose as to whether I was hired. Well in Today's world Personal favoritism comes ahead of patient care. Very dangerous for an untrained person to work directly with patients. When I arrived at the hospital he actually had the traction set up backwards. any applied force would have skewered the patient.
