The front desk and billing department are an absolute nightmare. Once you get to the back, the medical staff are quite sweet. But don't worry, you'll show up to your appointment and be told you owe an amount different than what your insurance company told you. Then they'll cancel your appointment while your standing there instead of calling your insurance. I had to get my doctor involved. Then they'll send any remaining balances you have to a collection agency without even calling or sending a bill in the mail. My phone number and address have not changed. There are no excuses. If you're ready for months on end of disputing charges on your credit history and dealing with a nightmare of front desk staff then make your way to Fannin Surgicare. Absolute worst.
