I have never had an experience out to eat quite as horrible as the one I had at this restaraunt. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited over an hour for our food and 45 minutes for our drinks (and another half hour for refills). Not once during this time did the server come check in on us, apologize, or let us know what the hold up was. On top of that, when our food came, we had to wait another 20 minutes for our french fries and didn't actually get them until we asked for them. The restaraunt was absolutely dead. They had plenty of staff and so the poor service can't even be excused as busy. At all the other buffalo wild wings restaraunts, refills on lemonade are free... well not at this one. The server failed to mention that the refill would cost anything when she asked me if I wanted one, so the extra drink charge on our bill was a nice surprise. To top it all off, 4/6 of us got food poisoning! Long story short, do not waste your time or money here.
