My Matrix started making a very bad noise and since I'm a service tech my vehicle is my lifeline. Called in and explained my situation and customer care arranged a service appointment the very next morning. James Ragusa was the service advisor and within 30 minutes notified me of the bad bearing and said it would be 2 hours to repair. They actually go the repair done in 90 minutes and James even informed me of a coupon that saved me money. Would highly recommend them from my experience.... These folks are great from the phone call to getting me cashed out, everyone was friendly and understood that as long as I was sitting there waiting I was falling farther behind in my schedule. By the way the free coffee and snacks they had were excellent.
